١ · استشارة أولية
Initial consultation — AED 300
300 درهم للموضوع الواحد. جلسة عن بُعد لمدة 30 دقيقة، لتوضيح الموقف والخيارات والخطوة التالية. لا تشمل رأياً قانونياً مكتوباً مفصلاً أو مراجعة ملف موسّع.
One 30-minute remote consultation on one matter, covering your position, available options and next steps. A detailed written opinion or extensive file review requires a separate scope.
٢ · مراجعة عقد
Contract review — AED 850
850 درهماً للعقد الواحد. عقد قياسي حتى 10 صفحات، بالعربية أو الإنجليزية. تشمل ملاحظات مكتوبة حول المخاطر والتعديلات المقترحة، وجلسة إيضاح واحدة لمدة 15 دقيقة. التفاوض مع الطرف الآخر أو إعادة الصياغة الكاملة بعرض مستقل.
Review of one standard contract of up to 10 pages, in Arabic or English. Includes written risk comments, suggested amendments and one 15-minute clarification call. Counterparty negotiation or a full redraft is quoted separately.

Contract drafting — AED 1,250
1,250 درهماً للعقد الواحد. صياغة عقد تجاري قياسي حتى 8 صفحات، بلغة واحدة: العربية أو الإنجليزية، وفق التعليمات المتفق عليها. تشمل جولة تعديل واحدة ضمن النطاق. الترجمة والتوثيق والتفاوض بعرض مستقل.
Drafting of one standard commercial contract of up to 8 pages, in either Arabic or English, based on agreed instructions. Includes one revision round within scope. Translation, notarisation and negotiation are quoted separately.

Business legal support — AED 2,400 / month
2,400 درهم شهرياً، حتى 4 ساعات عمل مهني. للاستشارات الدورية ومراجعة العقود القصيرة ومسائل الحوكمة التشغيلية ضمن الاختصاص المتفق عليه. يُحدّد توزيع الساعات وترحيلها وجدول الاستجابة كتابةً. لا تجديد أو تحصيل آلي؛ والعمل الإضافي يحتاج موافقة على عرض مستقل.
Up to 4 professional hours per month for recurring advice, short-contract reviews and operational governance within the agreed jurisdiction. Allocation, carry-over and response arrangements are agreed in writing. No automatic renewal or charging. Additional work requires approval of a separate quote.

Disputes, comprehensive corporate governance, cross-border matters, specialist contracts and multi-document transactions receive a written quote after assessment, with deliverables, stages and exclusions.
الرسوم والاتفاق والدفع
جميع أسعار الباقات بالدرهم الإماراتي، وتشمل أي ضريبة قيمة مضافة واجبة التطبيق على أتعاب الباقة. الرسوم الحكومية والقضائية والترجمة والتوثيق والخبراء وأتعاب المختصين الخارجيين ليست ضمن الباقات؛ تُبيّن منفصلة وتحتاج موافقة العميل قبل الالتزام بها. لا رسوم إدارية لإرسال الطلب الأولي.
Package prices are in AED and include any VAT applicable to the package fee. Government and court charges, translation, notarisation, experts and external advisers are separate, disclosed and subject to client approval before commitment. There is no administrative fee for the initial request.
يبدأ العمل بعد قبول التكليف وتوقيع اتفاق مكتوب يحدّد النطاق والأتعاب والمواعيد وشروط الدفع والإلغاء والاسترداد. موعد التنفيذ والاستجابة يُتفق عليه بحسب طبيعة الموضوع والتوافر. الأعمال الإضافية لا تُحسب تلقائياً. الباقات لا تشمل التمثيل أمام المحاكم أو الجهات ما لم يُتفق عليه ضمن حدود الترخيص، ولا تتضمن ضمان نتيجة.
Work begins after acceptance and a written engagement covering scope, fees, timing, payment, cancellation and refund terms. Delivery and response timing depend on the matter and availability. Additional work is never charged automatically. Court or authority representation requires a separate agreement within licensing limits. No outcome is guaranteed.
