Hello! I am Shichang, Zhang, a PhD student in Public Policy at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). 

My research interests are energy economics and energy policy. I am attempting to model advanced nuclear generation technologies into the IAMs and PSMs, as well as their support policies. In the past, I have used various technological methods to study the development of renewable energy. I also pay attention to some environmental psychological issues, such as risk perception, emotional fluctuations caused by nuclear leakage and climate change, etc.
