I am a Postdoc researcher at Copenhagen Business School. My research interests include innovation, digitalization, technology management, and entrepreneurship. My research focuses on how individuals and organizations create knowledge and innovate, with a focus on startups. I am particularly interested in understanding the trajectory of knowledge creation, from ideation to performance. 

Prior to joining CBS, I got my Ph.D. in management from Scheller Collge of Business, Georgia Institute of Technology. I completed my BS in Psychology at Peking University in China and an MSc in Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam. I play video games (which I have widely used as my research setting).
