I am a Postdoc researcher at Copenhagen Business School. My research interests include corporate innovation, knowledge sourcing, Ecosystems & Platforms, and research methods. My research focuses on how individuals and organizations create knowledge and innovations, as well as how they change the direction of knowledge sourcing, using advanced algorithms to gain insight from textual data. 

Prior to joining CBS, I got my Ph.D. in management from Scheller Collge of Business, Georgia Institute of Technology. I completed my BS in Psychology at Peking University in China and an MSc in Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam. I love to play tennis, swim, and play video games (which I have widely used as my research setting).
