Account Deletion

Quernal users may permanently delete their accounts at any time.

When an account is deleted, the following data will be permanently deleted or anonymized, where required by applicable laws:

• Account information

• Journal entries

• Personal notes

• Application preferences

• Notification settings

• Other data associated with the account

Some information may be retained for a limited period if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce applicable agreements.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Quernal account using one of the following methods:

Option 1 – Delete Account from the Application

To delete your account directly from the Quernal application:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Follow the instructions provided in the application to confirm your account deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted according to this policy.

Option 2 – Contact Support

If you cannot access the application, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:

Please provide the email address associated with your Quernal account so we can verify your request.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests initiated through the application are processed immediately.

Requests submitted through customer support are reviewed and processed within 30 days.
