She Trains

Our Mission Statement: 

For the third time, we be offering a female oriented and organized summer training environment from June - August 2023. This camp-like structured program will be driven by dedicated and tenacious young women who want to finesse their individual ball skills, level of fitness and confidence throughout the summer months. She Trains will be looking to target ambitious and developing players throughout the Greater Victoria community; it will enable young players to model and demonstrate strong work ethic, commitment, leadership and skill level. She Trains will address the issue of gender diversity within coaching staff across the province, by promoting the inclusion of talented female coaches to demonstrate community engagement, and raise awareness about the importance of gender diversity in sport. She Trains will be powered by experienced and bold women who have pioneered the game for generations to follow.
