Sheryl Underwood - Weight Loss Secrets!

Achieving your goal weight is an incredible feeling, and it becomes even more special when you can share the achievement with your loved ones. That's exactly what happened to Sheryl Underwood, co-host of the TV show "The Talk." On her 59th birthday, she opened up about her inspiring journey of losing 95 pounds in an emotional video she shared with her fans.

During her appearance on "The Talk," Sheryl proudly displayed her slim new figure in a purple knee-length wrap dress that accentuated her small waist. With a big smile, she walked onto the set wearing red heels and crossed her legs, alongside her co-hosts Akbar Gbaja-Biamila, Natalie Morales, and Amanda Kloots. She explained to the audience that it was the first time she had worn a dress on the show, making it a significant accomplishment for her.

THE WEIGHT LOSS TRANSFORMATION

Sheryl's transformation began when she weighed between 230 and 250 pounds. At that time, she faced challenges such as prediabetes and hypertension. She tried various diet and exercise options, including supplements like Metamucil, but didn't see the desired results. She even considered gastric bypass surgery, but her doctor advised against it.

Sheryl now follows a healthy eating plan and works with a personal trainer and dietician. However, she admits that it hasn't always been easy. She used to feel guilty about indulging in cake and wine, but she has found a balance that allows her to enjoy a good quality of life. She now eats small portions of cake and wine, ensuring she drinks water with her rosé.

Although Sheryl is extremely happy with her new body, she isn't done yet. She aims to lose an additional 15 to 20 pounds. She is also working with a therapist to learn how to cope with her depression. Sheryl's 59th birthday served as a celebration of her incredible journey, and it seems she is well on her way to achieving her next goal. Keep up the great work, Sheryl!
