People with disabilities in Israel often encounter numerous difficulties when trying to exercise their rights – especially when it comes to claiming a special services allowance from the National Insurance Institute. The complex bureaucracy, lengthy forms, legal requirements and endless inquiries can make any process a tiring, and sometimes impossible, struggle.
What are the difficulties?
A long and complicated process: Claims for special services allowance require the management of an organized file, a collection of medical documents, expert opinions, and a wealth of personal background information. Every detail can be critical – so any mistake or oversight could delay the process.
Endless bureaucracy: After submitting the application, there is the waiting phase – and the endless hours of phone calls, updates, and endless questions. Disabled people find themselves in constant frustration as they try to figure out where things stand.
The need for experts: Often, the applicant must seek the help of a lawyer or other experts to navigate the system. This can be an additional financial expense, which those in need of an allowance do not always have.
Misunderstanding of rights: Many are unaware that sometimes even those eligible for a pension do not receive it because they do not understand all the legal requirements. Furthermore, not everyone knows how to manage the system to ensure that their rights are received in the fastest and most efficient way.
Lack of true understanding of needs:Sometimes, National Insurance officials do not always understand the daily difficulties of the disabled, which can lead to a mismatch between the needs and the allowance received. Any technical detail can affect the recognition of eligibility, and the times when there are such "misses" are not uncommon.
So what are we doing to change the situation?
Increasing public awareness: Since this is such an important issue, there is a need to increase public awareness and bring the issue into public discourse. If people understand the difficulties that disabled people face in the pension claim process, there may be public pressure on institutions to improve the process.
Simplicity in the process: A significant change is needed in the bureaucratic structure of the National Insurance Institute to facilitate the process. The system must be made much more accessible, friendly, and clear for the disabled.
Employee training: National Insurance personnel should be more sensitive to the special needs of disabled people. Proper training can ensure better service and a more efficient process.
Professional support: Organizations that represent the rights of the disabled can be a significant force in helping with the process, whether it is through legal assistance, professional advice, or simply connecting disabled people to professionals who understand the system.
It's time for a change!
Disabled people in Israel deserve more – they deserve special services quickly, efficiently and simply. It is time for the system to commit to improving the situation, so that they too can enjoy what they deserve without bureaucratic barriers. The change can be made together – each and every one of us can be part of the struggle to improve the system and support the disabled.
Are you ready to fight so that the rights of the disabled are no longer delayed in the system?

The subject: Suspend Facebook accounts.
Dear Madames/ Sirs.
I have two Facebook accounts, one is linked to the email address assaf197254@yahoo.co.il, and the second is linked to the number 0586784040.
On Monday, January 9, 2026, both accounts were suddenly suspended - just like that and without any reason or justification.
I would like to point out that I do not write curses, insults, threats, or any hateful or abusive language on my Facebook accounts that could truly justify such harassment by Facebook towards me.
The system asks me to write a cell phone number to verify my identity - and when I asked to do this using my cell phone number 972-58-6784040, I received a puzzling message that this could not be done because the number is used to verify too many accounts - even though these are my only two accounts.
Moreover: When I tried to verify using my virtual number 972-53-2062244, the verification code was not sent.
So I'm interested in knowing what can be done to release my accounts - which are now inaccessible in any way - neither on a computer nor via mobile phone.
Best regards,
Assaf Benyamini.

The subject: Suspected domain fraud.
Dear Madames/ Sirs.
In recent years, I owned the domain nitgaber.com, which was stored on wix.com servers.
I recently learned from Wix service representatives that the domain nitgaber.com was redirected to another hosting provider - and this is while I, as the domain owner, did not make any such redirection. For this reason, I do not know which hosting provider the site currently belongs to.
I'm trying to understand how to handle such a problem: a domain that was redirected by an unknown party, to unknown storage, and without any coordination with me as the domain owner - which raises suspicion of fraud.
I should point out that I am a person who lives on a very low income - a disability allowance from the National Insurance Institute, and I cannot afford to pay investigative agencies or private investigators to try and understand who is behind the fraud and how the domain can be returned to me as its rightful owner.
Best regards,
Assaf Benyamini.

I have a multilingual blog on Wix. I am trying to add languages to the menu - and it is not possible. I get the following error message: some fields have invalid or missing information Below is the link to the page on the site where adding additional languages is not possible: https://manage.wix.com/dashboard/f0433916-3423-46f6-8609-937df7723507/wix-multilingual/manage-languages?referralInfo=14d84998-ae09-1abf-c6fc-3f3cace5bf19&overrideLocale=en
How do you solve this?
I should note that when I try to use the site's technical support, this is not possible - and the system repeatedly returns me to the beginning of the conversation without addressing the problem (I've already tried at least 5 or 6 times).
What do we do?
How can such a problem be overcome?
Best regards,
Assaf Binyamini.
