1. We will contact you shortly after you fill out the form to let you know if we are still available.

2. If we are available, we will send you a link to an order form.  We will take the info from that form to create an estimate and send the estimate your way.

3. You will have 1 week to accept the estimate*.  After accepting the estimate you will be sent an invoice.

4. We ask for a deposit of 20% of the bill total.   The deposit will be due within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice*.   Deposit is completely refundable as long as you cancel with us at least 2 weeks before the date of your event.  Deposit will be put towards the final of your bill.

5. The remainder of your bill will be due 2 weeks before your event*.  

6.  If we confirm your event, and there is 2 weeks or less until your event, the total of your bill will be due immediately upon receiving your invoice.*

*If you miss any of the deadline dates, you may have to start the process over from the beginning.  :(
