NOTE.   For the exact procedure for obtention of a visa to China, please contact your nearest Chinese Consulate/Ambassy.   The official invitation letter will help you obtain a visa.  A simple visa is enough, and usually it is delivered with a period of validity of 3, 6 or 12 months, for simple or multiple entries. The validity period starts from the delivery date and must cover the conference period, say from June 25 to July 1, 2023.
