The school also arranges English teaching in the morning time every week. The topics are daily English conversation and dialogues of festival. The whole school staff and students learn English.

English teacher edits the learning passports from grade 3 to grade 6 to assess students’ leaning such as words and conversation. The school staff helps to check and monitor the improvement of the student.

The Rotary Club of Saccam赤崁扶輪社 offers a distance learning program for learning English. The Rotary Club of Saccam invites students who study the department of translation in Chang Jung Christian University to teach students English online. They use “Zoom”, which unifies cloud video conferencing and screen-sharing experience, to interact with our students. Online learning automatically adapts to each student's needs and learning style.

The prime goal of the school is development of localization and internationalization of every students. The school develops the activity “Tour Guide Training” to let students practice and be familiar with the English of local products and culture. Furthermore, encourage students to introduce the characteristics of hometown in English.

The school arranged English summer camp群英行腳大專英樂夏令營 in 2017 to raise students’ English ability. The active and energetic university students held a summer camp to teach students English including vocabulary of local products, board game, story and songs.

The school designs “English radio station” activity to set up English environment. The English radio station plays audio books and songs in the cleaning time.
