Welcome to my website! 

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Real Estate and Construction at the University of Hong Kong. 

My research interests include Mortgage Finance, Household Behavior, Household Finance, Real Estate and Housing Inequality. 

I study whether home sellers update their reference points using micro-level data and a structural model.

I earned my B.S. in Mathematical Economics and Finance at the Central University of Finance and Economics, and M.S. in Economics and Ph.D. in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
