My dear students, teachers, parents and well-wishers,

It is indeed a great privilege and honour for me to share my thoughts about Shemrock Rainbow. Many well-meaning personalities from every walk of life have played a role in shaping up this great institution.

Our Teachers are the real guiding lights of SHEMROCK RAINBOW.

Our well-qualified, patient and experienced teachers care for each student and work towards fulfilling their potential. They have an exceptional teaching talent, and are dedicated & passionate about their respective subjects. Most importantly, they are excited at the prospect of working with children.

One size does not fit all. Thus, our teachers “go the extra mile” to accommodate different learning styles and abilities of students in the classrooms. They don’t just focus on fostering academic excellence but also inculcating essential life skills in the minds & hearts of our Shem Stars.

Education must be viewed in a broad sense. It should not merely remain as a possibility to achieve academic excellence; rather our curriculum and extra-curricular activities must encourage every student to develop respectful relationships with their peers, teachers, and the society. It must instil in them a keen social conscience and the capacity to make ethical decisions. The purpose of education must be to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students are encouraged to explore their potential to achieve their personal best in all aspects of their school life

I would like to conclude this message with the words of Mahatma Gandhi:

“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”

Even as I take on the responsibility of leading this school, with all sincerity and humility, I dedicate myself to this noble calling and wish to assure all my beloved students, teachers, parents, non-teaching staff, and well-wishers that with the help and guidance of the God, I will do everything possible to elevate this prestigious institution to greater heights.
