As of July 3rd 2018, we have no new announcements.
To cover previous matters. After the prior board stepped down, we have an interim HOA board to fill in until formal elections in September. If you would like to nominate yourself for a board seat please see the link on the home screen.
Website is undergoing updates and maintenance to streamline the process of contacting the HOA, going both ways.
As of May 10, 2018 - We now have a Treasurer, Secretary, President,Vice President.
We have a new Fine Schedule in place. This is not to make it hard on any of the homeowners, but to make sure changes are made to our neighborhood so we can keep our property values up.
Unless a violation, ALONG with an ADDRESS, is reported we will not be able to send out warning/fine letters, we do receive letters about property hazards as well as other concerns and yes, these are things that are violations, but unless we have the proper address to go along with the violation we have no idea who or where to send the warning letter. We will try to get warning/fine letters out as soon as possible.
