Locks And Security

We are constantly working to improve our facilities and services. Recently we upgraded our procedures for locks and keys. We are in the process of upgrading the locks for each unit, to Kwikset Smart Key Technology. These locks allow us to easily re-key the locks to each individual unit, without having to change the locks. This will help us improve security for you, by allowing us to re-key your lock in the event, you have provided a key to someone, that you no longer want to have access to your unit.
Each unit is re-keyed between tenants. We provide each tenant with 1 key to the unit, and we place the extra key(s) in our key safe. Tenants are welcome to make additional keys as they see fit. We recommend that you make at least one additional copy, in case you lose your key. Per the maintenance policies and procedures available on our website, we do not furnish keys to our Maintenance Team.
If you lose your key and need us to provide another key, we can provide an additional key as follows:

Upon request a duplicate key will be available for pick up from the Maintenance Team within 4 to 8 hours.
A $50.00 duplicate key is due, when the key is ordered.
Extra key(s) are only provided to individuals named on the lease who are over the age of 18.
If you are in a hurry and we are available, a rush order, with key available in 2 hours or less, for $100.00, due at the time of request.

These rates go in to effect April 1, 2021. To avoid incurring, these charges, you are encouraged to have a spare key made to your unit.
