All services require prior online appointment bookings

Upfront payment is required for online appointment bookings to ensure affordability of our services
Appointments already booked may be re-scheduled atleast 24-hours in advance by contacting us
A cancellation fee of $55 AUD applies for any no-shows on the day
Ensure your device(s) is/are sufficiently charged before your appointment booking
We do not offer hardware repair services
However may be able to assist you with repairing faulty hardware via third parties. Additional charges may apply
Any additional service requests not included with your appointment booking will be invoiced seperately and will require upfront payment
If you have pets, ensure your pets are secured safely. Your appointment may be cancelled without a refund if pets are unsecured
