My name is Sheldon-Anthony Amofah, and I recently graduated with a Master's in Biomedical Engineering Student at Carnegie Mellon University. I have a background in neuroscience and experience in neuromodulation, motor systems, and signal analysis. My research focused on the effects of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on spinal cord excitability, and my long-term goal is to develop brain-computer interface technologies to improve function and quality of life for people with movement disorders. I also served as Vice President of NSBE-HISIG, where I supported innovation in injury diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
