We were able to raise over $200 towards Breast Cancer Awareness!
This panel brought together healthcare leaders, advocates, and innovators for an urgent conversation around the maternal health crisis and disparities that continue to affect Black women and other underserved communities. The program featured a moderated panel and audience discussion with experts in fields such as maternal-fetal medicine, maternal mental health, health equity research, reproductive justice, and postpartum care innovation.
I supported an inclusive arts program for individuals with intellectual and communication disabilities by assisting with creative activities, preparing materials, and helping maintain a safe, welcome studio environment. Helping the artists engage in art-making and expressing themselves with confidence was a rewarding and memorable experience.
