About me

Sheila Curiel is a graphic designer with a background in dance, fashion merchandising, pottery and video production. She came to the US in 2013 to finish High School, she attended Mission Bay High and graduated the following year. After that, for the course of a year she attended the fashion design school Yaneem in Tijuana, Mexico for sewing and pattern making. Following fashion she decided to get her AAS in Fashion Merchandising from Mesa College in San Diego, CA.

Sheila has done many school projects as well as independent projects where all her skills on the eye for design are more than useful. Like for example, working as the graphic designer for the Annual Golden Scissors Fashion Show, making the advertisement and program pamphlet to taking a risk and curating an online and pop up shop for her brand DIP. She loves working with graphics and creating new concepts to communicate ideas. On her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Also, visiting museums and going to concerts. She has also worked in many fashion shows as a dresser and backstage assistant, some of them being private buyer shows for Giorgio Armani and Versace in Beverly Hills, CA. Adar speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
