Aubrey is a research assistant in the Sheffield Lab supporting the VIP study. She received her BS from Penn State in Biobehavioral Health and double minored in Psychology and Biology. Aubrey has gained extensive experience in sleep research and EMA methodology as an undergraduate and as a clinical research assistant at Michigan Medicine. She has enjoyed her past experiences working with bipolar and psychotic disorders and is eager to continue working with these populations in the Sheffield Lab and beyond as a clinical psychologist. Her research interests are broadly centered on exploring sense of self.
