Delete your SheetMile data
SheetMile is published by Billin. SheetMile has no user accounts and no servers. Your data lives on your phone and in your own Google Drive.
IN THE APP
Open Settings, then Delete my data. Optionally tick "Also permanently delete my SheetMile spreadsheet and receipts folder from Google Drive", then tap Delete. This erases all receipts, trips, cars, receipt photos and settings on the device, and revokes SheetMile's access to your Google account.
WITHOUT THE APP
1. In Google Drive, delete the SheetMile_Tax_Report spreadsheet and the SheetMile Receipts folder.
2. Remove SheetMile's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
3. Uninstall the app, which removes on-device data.
WHAT IS DELETED AND WHAT IS KEPT
Deleted: all receipts, trips, cars, receipt photos and settings on your device, the Google access you granted to SheetMile, and - if you tick the Drive option - the SheetMile spreadsheet and receipts folder in your own Google Drive. These are permanently removed.
Kept: Google Play keeps its own purchase records under Google's own policies. Our subscription service provider, RevenueCat, Inc., keeps a purchase record tied to an anonymous app-generated user ID. To have that record deleted, email robin421@gmail.com with your Google Play order ID; we delete it within 30 days.
