Your first appointment will be 30 minutes long. During this time we will do a full assessment, explain what we think the problem is and discuss a treatment plan with you. Advice and exercises will be given if appropriate. We will need to see and move the problem area and so please be prepared to undress appropriately. It is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing for your visit.
Follow up appointments will also be 30 minutes long but double appointments can be booked if necessary.
If you are unsure whether you would benefit from physiotherapy, please ring us for advice.
We employ the latest practice management systems and can take payment by cash, credit card or BACS payment.
We are registered with Private Health Providers BUPA, AXA, Aviva, The Physiotherapy Network and others - please contact us if you would like to discuss treatment through your private health plan.
