Contact Backup & Restore Cloud ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
To provide our core services (Backup, Restore, and Contact Management), we require access to certain sensitive information:
Contacts (READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS): We access your contact list to create backups (VCF/PDF/JSON) and to restore them when requested. We also use this to identify and merge duplicate contacts. Your contacts are NOT uploaded to any third-party server, except your own Google Drive if you explicitly choose to perform a cloud backup.
Call Logs (READ_CALL_LOG): We may access call logs locally to help filter contacts based on recent activity (Incoming/Outgoing/Missed). This data stays on your device and is never shared or uploaded.
Storage (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): We require this to save backup files locally on your device's internal/external storage.
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Google Play Services: Used for app functionality and updates.
Google Drive API: Used to securely upload and download your backup files to your own personal Google account. We do not have access to your other Drive files.
AdMob: We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers (AD_ID) and location data to show personalized ads.
Firebase Analytics/Messaging: We use Firebase to understand app usage and send notifications regarding backup status.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information. All cloud backups are transferred via encrypted connections to your private Google Drive. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to others.
You have the right to:
Access your contacts and backups at any time.
Delete any local backups created by the app.
Revoke permissions from the device settings.
5. Data Deletion Request:
Since our app does not store any of your personal data or contacts on our own servers, you have full control over your data.
Local Backups: You can manually delete any backup files from your device's storage.
Cloud Backups: You can delete your contact backups from your own Google Drive folder.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
