Scorpion PTO is offering an opportunity to rent the school marquee (the digital sign in front of the school) to display special messages for your student! The marquee can be rented for $10 a day.

This ongoing fundraiser will be used to support the mission of the City of Phoenix Wake Up! Group. If you are not familiar with the mission and importance of this community group within the Shea Middle School community please read the information at the bottom of this form. Every dollar goes to our leader Officer Tom Rowan who we are thankful to have on our campus daily.

Payment must be received BEFORE the message will be displayed. Please allow one week prior to the desired date of the message being displayed to process.  Reservations for the date of display will be made on a first come basis. Please follow these 3 steps below:

2. Submit payment:

• If paying by cash or check, please attach the email confirmation received from this form to your cash or check and submit it to the front office. Make checks payable to The Shea Scorpion PTO

• Pay Online or select other option

3. Enjoy your message! 

• Once this form has been completed and payment is processed (either online via credit card or when your cash or check is received) we will add your message to the marquee on the date requested.
