Account Deletion Request – Shear Kutz

To request deletion of your account and associated data:

Include:

- Your full name

- Email used in the app

- Phone number (if applicable)

What will be deleted:

- Account profile

- Booking history

- Loyalty rewards and referral data

Processing time:

- Requests are completed within 24–48 hours

Important:

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

You may also request deletion of specific data without deleting your account by contacting us via email.
