The Health and Safety Committee craft policies and forms related to occupational health and safety to comply with Department of Labor and Employment's Basic Components of Company OSH Program and Policy (DO 198-18, Chapter IV, Section 12) and RA 11058 and the applicable provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).
