Seong Ho Chae received the B.S. degree from the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University(SKKU), Suwon, Korea, in 2010, and the M.S. and Ph.D degrees from the  School of Electrical Engineering, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, Korea, in 2012 and 2016, respectively. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at KAIST in 2016 and a senior researcher at Agency for Defense Development(ADD) from 2016 to 2018, where he was involved in R&D for military communication system. Since 2018, he has been working in the Department of Electronics Engineering, Tech University of Korea, Siheung, South Korea, where he is currently an associate professor. His research interests include communication theory and AI applications to wireless communications.
