Seong Ho Chae received the B.S. degree from the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University(SKKU), Suwon, Korea, in 2010, and the M.S. and Ph.D degrees from the  School of Electrical Engineering, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, Korea, in 2012 and 2016, respectively. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at KAIST in 2016 and a senior researcher at Agency for Defense Development(ADD) from 2016 to 2018, where he was involved in R&D for military communication system. He was an assistance professor at  Tech University of Korea (TU Korea) from 2018 to 2023 and  is currently an associate professor at TU Korea. His research interests include artificial intelligence and communication theory applications to wireless communication systems.
