Hello all,

I will be starting my third year as a science teacher in Southern Illinois. I earned my undergraduate degree from Blackburn College in Carlinville, Illinois, and I obtained my professional teaching licensure from UIS. This fall I will start to pursue a masters in education at McKendree University. I love to learn. I enjoy being outdoors, teaching, and spending time with my family. I have one dog and a daughter. Some of my favorite classes to teach are biology, human anatomy and physiology, ecology and zoology. I am very excited to meet the Shawnee community and begin teaching this year!
