I lead cross-functional project and software development teams to create enterprise applications that save employees time and reduce costs through efficiency. My team and I follow a structured process:
Request: Business leaders bring forward needs or problems.
Analysis & Prioritization: My team gathers requirements and evaluates each project by complexity and business impact.
Development: We design and build digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Agents).
Implementation & Training: We deploy solutions, train employees, and create Power BI dashboards to track adoption and performance.
Feedback: Stakeholders provide input, which we use to refine and improve solutions.
Value Capture: We measure cost savings using NPV and IRR metrics.
Most Impactful Project: Quality Management Inspection Software
Problem: Pipeline equipment fabrication by third-party contractors required inspection, but inspectors relied on paper checklists and Excel, leading to inefficiency, higher costs, and delayed quality control.
Solution: I led the development of a mobile app (iPad/phone) enabling inspectors to complete and submit digital checklists in real time. This streamlined inspections, improved quality oversight, and reduced costs.
Impact: Cut inspection costs by 15–20%, saving ~$1–1.2M annually.
Skills Applied: Project management, Power Platform development, Python, and stakeholder communication.
I served as a pipeline inspector and company representative on the Louisiana Energy Gateway Project, overseeing multiple construction crews of 25+ workers to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant pipeline installation.
My responsibilities included:
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensured all construction activities met company specifications, contract requirements, and regulatory standards by referencing and applying over a dozen technical construction manuals.
Safety Oversight: Enforced strict safety compliance across all crews, promoting a safe work environment and addressing hazards proactively.
Progress Monitoring: Documented daily construction progress for multiple crews, including manpower, equipment usage, and work completed, while identifying potential risks or delays.
Reporting: Provided detailed progress reports and escalated concerns to senior management in Houston and Tulsa, ensuring alignment between field operations and project leadership.
Stakeholder Communication: Acted as a company representative with landowners, local officials, and community members, addressing questions and directing stakeholders to public relations when necessary.
Collaboration: Coordinated with contractors, other inspectors, environmental teams, and survey crews to resolve field issues and maintain construction efficiency.
Reviewed, Planned, and Executed Acid Jobs on 6 Wells
Used the relationships between pressure, flow rates, and material balances to improve oil recovery and extend the life of the Elk Hills oil field.
Collaborated with experts in other fields of study to analyze injector/producer performance and performed maintenance to optimize their efficiency.
Developed a zonal production allocation tool to estimate oil/water/gas production volumes based on geologic zone.

Quickly learned important technical concepts related to natural gas transportation, pressurization, compression, and deliverability.
Used those concepts to correctly size relief valves for gas odorization systems across 58 different metering and regulation stations in the Georgia/SC part of the Transco Pipeline, which protects them from over-pressurization events. This guarantees that the odorization systems don't experience large volumes of gas and fail. It also ensures that Williams stays compliant with customers' contracts and continually provides odorized natural gas.
Helped conduct Process Hazard Analysis, a safety analysis event of facility equipment when a significant change is going to be made, on the construction and implementation of new gas odorization systems at a Georgia compressor station.
