This aspect of education is extremely paramount to me. I have seen how students have felt when their concerns related to course material are not acknowledged by some lecturers -- and I have been there as a student as well. According to my understanding, the metrics related to student performance and feedback are quite important to bridge the gap between the lecturer and students. As a result, this has a potential to transform the quality of the scholastic experience.
