All our repairs except some like liquid damage and diagnostic services come with No Fix No Fee policy, which means if we are not able to fix the problem in your device due to some reason, you would not be charged anything at all. All prepaid orders would be refunded completely within 7 working days.

Also, our customers get 60 days warranty period (except on liquid damage and diagnostic services) starting from the day gadget is delivered back to your address after repair.

We also offer a Standby Mobile Facility so that you are never disconnected with your loved ones. You may request for a standby mobile at a nominal fee of 399 INR. In this case, your device will be picked for repair only after you receive a standby mobile.
