• President
  Oversees board operations, ensures smooth league activity, and acts as the primary liaison with the City of Redding and public.
  Responsible for leadership, conflict resolution, compliance, and public relations.

• Vice President
  Supports the President and assumes leadership in their absence.
  Oversees disciplinary actions for the youth league, conducts background checks, and assists with logistics and PR.

• General Manager of Operations & Equipment
  Oversees rink logistics, setup, and maintenance for all games and events.
  Manages gear inventory, maintenance, and player safety related to equipment.

• Youth League Coordinator
  Plans and oversees youth league operations, including schedules, referees, travel division and events.
  Manages youth volunteers, scorekeepers, and chairpersons for player development and coaching.

• Registration and Scheduling Coordinator
  Handles player registrations, waivers, and insurance documents.
  Creates and manages rink schedules for youth, travel, and adult leagues while optimizing time allocation.

• Secretary
  Records meeting minutes, manages board correspondence, and maintains league communication channels.
  Coordinates league-wide announcements and oversees email and Google Workspace accounts.

• Treasurer
  Maintains accurate financial records, prepares budgets and tax filings, and manages all payments and deposits.
  Tracks league funds and ensures accounting compliance across youth, adult, and travel teams.

• Adult League Coordinator
  Oversees the adult league’s draft, scheduling, and volunteer management.
  Coordinates referees, scorekeepers, and finances related to adult league operations.

• Marketing Coordinator
  Responsible for managing the organization’s public image and digital presence through website updates, social media engagement, and the creation of promotional advertising materials.

• Fundraising & Event Coordinator

Responsible for driving revenue and community engagement by managing sponsorships, fundraising initiatives, merchandise sales, and the planning of league events.
