I have been an educator for more than 2 decades. I have worked in public libraries, afterschool programs, nonprofits and universities. My passion is to bring research to educators. I have written academic papers, book chapters and articles on youth development, informal education, connecting with youth, diversity & inclusion, LGBTQIA+ issues and more.
I take the research and make it useful to educators.
