Note - 

1. Rent and security must be pay in advance 

2. Provide 1 I'd copy 

3. 30 days is the notice period in case you want to leave the room. 

4. Public gathering, party, smoking ,drinking is not allow in common area.

If anyone find doing this ,then immediately he /she will have to vacant the room and fine will be charged.

5. Anything to put in the common area is not allowed 

Other facilities if required-

1. Igl gas = 500rs initially pay , then 80rs per unit 

2. Wifi = install your own router, 300rs monthly
