1.) Please do not try to haggle on prices. They are set at a reasonable price for the time and experience I put into each drawing.
2.) Payment must be paid in full after the sketch WIP is sent and confirmed. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of your commission (I will accept payment plans of 50% before and 50% after, please mention this when asking for a commission).
3.) Once the piece is completed, you are NOT eligible for a refund.
4.) You are only eligible for a refund if:
- The piece has not been finished or is not near completion.
- You have not received the finished piece in over 2 months of commissioning it
If you need a refund, please message me (telegram: sharktrain) or email me at shark.train.art@gmail.com before requesting the amount be drawn directly by Paypal. This way, the situation can be handled with low stress for both parties.
5.) If, when the art is completed, the commissioner wishes to change major components of the art, an additional fee may be charged for the inconvenience. I want to make your art perfect, but major changes at the end of a piece can dramatically increase the amount of time spent on a piece.
6.) If you delete or get banned from the social media platform we chatted on, you may not get your commission if I cannot find you. Please provide an email before I begin your commission to prevent this issue.
Along these lines, if you do not reply in over two weeks to any messages and updates I may send you, your commission will be waitlisted and not prioritized until you reply.
7.) When it comes to updating you on your commission, I will always confirm a sketch with the commissioner before moving onto the lineart and so forth. After that, I will update you when the lineart is done, then the flatcolor, then the shading, and then the final product. I understand it may be scary commissioning someone, and that you might want constant updates, but keep in mind that my commissions usually take anywhere from 1-21 days on average, and constant messages asking for updates can be overwhelming. Once a day messages are perfectly acceptable, and I will always try to be in contact with you over the course of the commission.
8.) If you are the commissioner, you are more than welcome to repost your commission, however, all I ask is that you credit me with my username, Sharktrain, or tag me on whichever platform you're using. All my social media information can be found on my LinkTree
