This 3-week virtual summer program through Raytheon Technologies got me to participate in skill-building workshops, present an engineering-based project, and create a professional portfolio. Interns had the opportunity to build on their AOE experiences by completing a portfolio and a project with the virtual support from a facilitator and a community of STEM professionals. They participated in skill-building workshops in college and career readiness and engineering competencies.
