Managed and oversaw all academic matters of the Specialist Diplomas in Gerontology and the Gerontology Continuing Education & Training short course, including the coordination of time-tabling and teaching staff.
Led the publicity and outreach initiatives to elevate the diploma's profile and establish network with industry partners.
Achieved an increased in social media followers by 32% in less than a year and progressive increased in take-up rates and number of successfully run short courses.
