By downloading, installing, or using Share Location, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Share Location: GPS Tracker is intended for users aged 4 and older. If you are under 18, we recommend obtaining permission from a parent or guardian before using the app.
Share Location: GPS Tracker is a location-sharing app that allows users to share their live location for a set period of time, view friends' locations, define places, and access location history.
Share Location: GPS Tracker is designed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, license, or redistribute any part of the app or its content without permission.

Share Location: GPS Tracker app, including its interface and underlying systems, is the property of Scate.
Any content you create through the app (e.g., location shares, saved places, notifications) belongs to you — as long as it complies with these Terms.

Share Location: GPS Tracker offers optional subscription plans that unlock premium features, including:
Unlimited location sharing duration
Access to 30-day location history
Ability to add multiple places
All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends
You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID > Subscriptions
We do not offer refunds through the app. For refund inquiries, please refer to Apple’s refund policies.
Subscription access is tied to your Apple ID, not to any internal Share Location user account
