1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ShareGo (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the ShareGo software and related services, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ShareGo is a file transfer tool that allows users to quickly transfer files, photos, videos, documents and other data between different devices via local network (Wi-Fi / hotspot / peer-to-peer connection). The Service may contain advertisements but will not modify the content of user files during transmission.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service:
To transmit any content that violates applicable laws or regulations (including but not limited to infringing, obscene, violent, defamatory, harassing, malware or illegal material);
To interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service, or attempt to bypass any security features;
To use the Service for any commercial purpose without express written authorization from ShareGo.
4. User Content and Privacy
ShareGo does not collect, store or access your file content. All transfers are completed directly between your devices and do not pass through our servers. We only collect necessary anonymous usage data (such as crash reports, transfer success rates) to improve the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, interface design, icons, trademarks (including the name “ShareGo”) and code of the Service are owned by ShareGo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, decompile or create derivative works.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShareGo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the transmission will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume all risks arising from your use of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShareGo and its affiliates, employees or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits or other losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to your violation of any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, all provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, etc.) shall survive.
9. Modification of Agreement
We may revise this Agreement from time to time. We will post the updated version in the software or on the website, and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Service.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations; if no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of China.
