In order to comply with relevant laws and regulations, prevent users from improper use, identify users’ illegal activities, eliminate security failures, maintain network, operation and system security, ensure the safe operation of software and services, and ensure your normal use of this software, when you use this software, we may collect certain technical information about your device, including:

(iii) device model and brand;
(iv) WLAN connection status;
(v) network access log information.
Special Note: ShareGo is a local file transfer tool. Your file content does not pass through our servers. All file transfers are completed directly between your devices via local network (Wi-Fi / hotspot / peer-to-peer connection). We do not collect, store or access your file content.
(1) Support Information. If you contact us by email, we may collect your email address, the problems or suggestions you describe to us, and identify your user ID. However, such information is used only to provide support services to you and will not be linked to any other information collected through the Software.
(2) Device Permissions. In order to provide you with complete file transfer functions, we need to request the following device permissions. You can enable or disable these permissions at any time in your device settings:
Used to read and transfer files, photos, videos, etc. on your device. This permission is required (core function).
Used to establish local network connection for file transfer. This permission is required (core function).
Used to discover nearby devices for peer-to-peer transfer. This permission is optional (for enhanced feature).
Used to assist in discovering nearby devices. This permission is optional (for enhanced feature).
You acknowledge and agree that when you withdraw certain authorizations, the related product functions will be unavailable, and we cannot continue to provide you with the specific functions and/or services corresponding to the withdrawal of consents or authorizations.
This software may integrate third-party SDKs to provide services such as statistical analysis and advertising display. We only provide advertising promotion cooperation or access redirection services. You should carefully read the user agreements and privacy policies of such third-party platforms before using products or functions of third-party platforms. We will not access the relevant personal information you leave when using these products or functions
We will not share your information with any company, organization or individual other than us, except in the following cases:
(1) Sharing with your explicit consent: We will share your information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent;
(2) Sharing in accordance with laws and regulations: as required by laws and regulations, the needs of litigation dispute resolution, or the legal requirements of administrative and judicial authorities;

Special Note: Because ShareGo uses local transmission, your file content only temporarily exists in the memory of the sender‘s and receiver’s devices and is cleared after the transmission is completed. We do not store any of your files on our servers.
In accordance with laws and regulations, we store your information collected and generated during operations on cloud servers (only non-file content usage statistics, such as crash reports and transfer success rates). File content does not pass through servers and does not involve cross-border transfer.
In accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, and standards of each country, we guarantee you the following rights regarding your information:
The right to read, correct, modify, and delete your information;
The right to withdraw your consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information (after withdrawal, related product functions will be unavailable);
The right to cancel your account (if applicable);
The right to complain regarding personal information security issues.
To ensure safety, when you make the above request, we need to verify your identity before processing your request. Generally, we will process and reply within 15 days.
In the following situations, we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations:

(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;
