Welcome to SHARE LAB at Kwangwoon University!

SHARE LAB at Kwangwoon University, directed by Prof. Hansoul Kim, stands at the forefront of cutting-edge research in Robotics, Surgical Robotics, Soft Robotics, and AI-Based Task Automation. Our goal is to advance the field of robotics, from deep theoretical exploration to innovative real-world applications that have the potential to transform human life for the better.

We aim to focus on the following research fields:

• Robotics and Control

• AI-Assisted Surgery / Task Automation

• Deep Learning / Reinforcement Learning for Robot Manipulation

• Soft Robotics

• Mecahnism Design

Opportunities

We are always looking for talented students (both undergraduate and graduate levels) who are passionate about Robotics, Surgical Robotics, AI-Based Task Automation, and Soft Robotics.

Ideal candidates should have a strong academic background in robotics, mechanical/electrical engineering, computer science, or related fields. We are seeking individuals with excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, solid programming experience (C++/Python, etc.), and strong design skills.

If you are interested in working with us, please send me an email and we can arrange a time to meet.
