I missed your other comment on Beckhoff. We only develop the EtherCAT ESC firmware and re-use the Beckhoff stack. So if there is no SYNC1 support in the stack (and we didn't need it for the example application) I assume we did not add anything. Still the Sync1 signal should appear on the hardware if everything is configured correct.

So this problem now is solved, but there is always a but. If I try to shift the SYNC1 in realtion to SYNC0 the signal won't be genareted anymore. The same happens if I try to shift by multiples of SYNC0 cycle. It only works with no shift and x1 relation to SYNC0.

There is a bug in SDK 1.1.0.1 which prevents SYNC1 trigger when SYNC1 cycle time != 0. This will be fixed in upcoming SDK release planned towards November End time frame. But please note that we only support SYNC1 cycle time as a multiple of SYNC0 cycle time i.e SYN1 cycle time = (N-1)*SYNC0 cycle time (N= 1, 2, 3,...) and not arbitrary values as documented in Release Notes

Methods:  We systematically searched PubMed, Ovid MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, EMBASE and Web of Science from inception until April 2020 for studies that examined the relationship between shift work and obesity in nurses. Pooled odds ratio (OR) was calculated using a fixed- or random-effect model. The quality of each study was evaluated by using the Risk Of Bias In Non-randomized Studies-of Interventions (ROBINS-I) tool. Two researchers independently assessed eligibility and extracted data. The whole process followed the PRISMA statement.

Conclusions:  This is the first systematic review and meta-analysis confirming that shiftwork may play a significant role in the development of obesity among nurses, especially in America, Europe and Australia. This was found to be particularly true for night only shift work nurses. Implementation of health policies and a better night shift schedule are needed in the hospital's management to effectively protect nurses from obesity, and the health risks associated with it.

To assess the overall association of shift work and stroke risk (adjusted for age and questionnaire cycle), we compared a model with shift work modeled categorically as a series of 7 dummy variables (referent was no shift work) with a model without the shift work variables using a likelihood ratio test (27). The association of shift work with stroke risk adjusted for potential confounders was then assessed after adding the covariates to the model (fully adjusted model) and again conducting a likelihood ratio test. To determine the most appropriate functional form for the shift work variable, we compared the fully adjusted model with the same model with shift work modeled as a grouped continuous variable (using midpoints from categories of years of shift work) using a likelihood ratio test (26). The results of this comparison failed to reject a departure from linearity and, therefore, the shift work variable was henceforth treated linearly. The hypothesis of a trend in stroke risk with increasing years of shift work was tested using a Wald 2 test for trend in the fully adjusted model. The relation between shift work and stroke was summarized as the increase in risk of stroke for a 5-year increase in shift work. The above analyses were run by using confirmed plus probable cases and then repeated with only the confirmed ischemic strokes to determine the influence the probable cases had on the association between shift work and stroke risk.

Our analysis adds to the expanding body of work evaluating the influence of sleep disorders on stroke risk. Both sleep apnea and longer sleep durations have been described as risk factors for stroke (3, 4, 21, 22), although whether sleep apnea is more prevalent in shift workers remains unknown. The mechanism by which rotating shift work may affect stroke risk is unclear. One possibility is that sleep deprivation in shift workers may worsen existing sleep apnea, although this is not well substantiated (23). Another possibility is that the effect may be mediated through melatonin. It is generally well accepted that exposure to light during the night decreases melatonin synthesis (24). Nighttime workers are therefore at risk for lower melatonin exposure (25), a finding that has been substantiated by lower urinary 6-sulfatoxymelatonin excretion in rotating and fixed night workers (26). There are several ways by which lowered melatonin production may increase stroke risk (27). First, it may promote atherosclerosis, as melatonin is known to be a direct radical scavenger and to have other antioxidant effects (28). Second, it may result in a relatively hypercoagulable state, as melatonin administration may reduce coagulability (29). Third, exogenous melatonin has been shown to lower blood pressure in small studies (30, 31). Given the suggested threshold effect in the current study, the effect on coagulability is a less likely explanation given that this should not require over a decade to take effect.

Earlier this summer, I began another new playthrough of Red Dead Redemption on the Xbox Series X to experience it at 4K. I had only played a small amount of the story and multiplayer via backwards compatibility in recent years.

I started playing on version 1.0 but a patch was released not too long after receiving the game, updating it to version 1.01. The patch was not too big and I assume was for bug fixes; this typically happens with games pre-release.

The cover letter provides a brief description of what is in a regulatory transaction, which is used to support the processing of the transaction. Every regulatory transaction should be filed with an electronic cover letter, with the exception of transactions that contain only a Post NOC - Level III Changes Form. The information entered on the Regulatory Enrolment Process Regulatory Transaction template must align with the information on the cover letter. Delays will occur if conflicting information is provided, as Health Canada will need to confirm the intent to accurately process the transaction.

If only one page of a multi-page PDF document contains a signature, the stakeholder should scan that page and then include the scanned page at the same location in the PDF file of the document. Each document should have only one PDF file.

The only orbital launch of a Buran-class orbiter, 1K1 (first orbiter, first flight[22]) occurred at 03:00:02 UTC on 15 November 1988 from Baikonur Cosmodrome launch pad 110/37.[3][23] Buran was lifted into space, on an uncrewed mission, by the specially designed Energia rocket. The automated launch sequence performed as specified, and the Energia rocket lifted the vehicle into a temporary orbit before the orbiter separated as programmed. After boosting itself to a higher orbit and completing two orbits around the Earth, the ODU (Russian:   , Combined Propulsion System) engines fired automatically to begin the descent into the atmosphere, return to the launch site, and horizontal landing on a runway.[24]

Coinciding with the release of the January 2023 Global Climate Report, the NOAA Global Surface Temperature (NOAAGlobalTemp) dataset version 5.1.0 replaced version 5.0.0. This new version includes complete global coverage and an extension of the data record back in time an additional 30 years to January 1850. While anomalies and ranks might differ slightly from what was reported previously, the main conclusions regarding global climate change are very similar to the previous version. Please see our Commonly Asked Questions Document and web story for additional information.

January 2023 in the Northern Hemisphere ranked fifth warmest on record at 1.28C (2.30F) above average. Northern Hemisphere ocean temperatures ranked third warmest (tied with 2022) for January, while land-only temperatures ranked sixth warmest. Following a similar pattern, ocean temperatures in the Southern Hemisphere ranked eighth warmest on record, while land-only temperatures in the southern hemisphere were 0.03C (0.05F) cooler than average. Combined, the Southern Hemisphere surface temperature this month ranked 22nd warmest on record (tied with 1977 and 2011).

January is at the center of Northern Hemisphere (NH) winter and Southern Hemisphere (NH) summer, and its monthly precipitation features are pushed far to the south (see top panel in left figure), with the narrow intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) across the central and eastern Pacific Ocean barely staying to the north of the Equator. The South Pacific Convergence Zone (SPCZ) extended southeastward from the Maritime Continent into mid-ocean, and in the Indian Ocean most rainfall is south of the Equator. Over Africa, Australasia and South America, the seasonal rain also shifted far to the south. At higher latitudes, the precipitation patterns also seasonally shifted southward and brought mid-latitude cyclonic systems to lower latitudes over North America and Europe. be457b7860
