He has received his PhD from Chang Gung University, Taiwan and has two Post-Doc degrees from Zhejiang University, China, and Dongguk University, Seoul, South Korea. He is an expert in Neuromorphic Computing, Device Fabrication and Embedded Systems. He has helped students secure opportunities in Student Exchange Programs.
