- For Shaquille's first child (Born January 2024) since the birth of the child, he has never paid child support voluntarily or following the court order. He was present at the birth and named on the birth certificate and the child carries his last name
- He was ordered by the courts in January of 2026 to pay arrears of $17,423, dating back to the birth of the child.
- He was ordered to pay $699 per month in regular support, starting in February 2026. He has made no payment to date, and he has accumulated arrears of an additional $3,495 as of June 1st 2026.
- He has also not paid any of the section 7 expenses submitted to him as per the court order
- While he was in Canada for the birth of the child, he paid for one two pack of formula from Costco, and approximately 5-7 onsie sleepers, selected by the mother on sale at Walmart
- He has never paid for any additional supplies or needs of the child before or after he left Canada in February 2024
