HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Choose the sneaker you want and order on WhatsApp. 

Send us the sneaker NAME,SIZE,COLOUR and QUANTITY, we'll check availability and confirm your order.

ARE ALL SNEAKERS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE ?

Not necessarily. Our sneakers are sourced through suppliers , so availability can change. Please confirm your preferred size and colour with us before making payment.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

Send us the sneaker NAME,your preferred SIZE and COLOUR on WhatsApp. We'll check current supplier availability for you.

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE PAIR?

Yes, you can order multiple pairs, just tell us the SNEAKERS, SIZES,COLOURS and QUANTITIES you want.

 DO YOU DELIVER ACROSS SOUTH AFRICA?

Yes, we offer FREE delivery across South Africa. 

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and delivery is confirmed by way of SMS with a tracking number. 

All our shipments are shipped boxed, delivered to your nearest PEP by PAXI courier within South Africa.

Shipments generally take 3-5bussiness days to arrive. Shipping is FREE of charge anywhere in SOUTH AFRICA.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

No. you cannot cancel order, but you can change products if it doesn't fit within 7 working days.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SNEAKERS?

If the size of the product doesn't fit, client can return the product within 7 working days for an exchange. Due to the nature of our business all consignment sales are final and cannot be refunded but only exchanged.

WHAT IF MY PREFERRED SNEAKER OR SIZE IS UNAVAILABLE?

We'll let you know and can help you find another size, colour or similar sneaker from our collection.

HOW CAN I CONTACT SHAPPASOLE?

You can contact us directly through WhatsApp for orders, availability questions and customer support.

DO I PAY BEFORE YOU CHECK AVAILABILITY?

NO . Please contact us first so we can confirm that your chosen sneaker, size and colour are available before you make payment.

YES. We have 3 months Lay-by.
