Fairbanks Ranch Fire Station

This project proposes the expansion of the existing El Apajo Fire Station, located within the El Apajo Specific Plan area.  The project is unique in that the adjacent parcel, proposed to accommodate the expansion, is located in a separate specific plan (Fairbanks Ranch).  Therefore, this project requires several procedures and plans in order to assure consistency with the various implementing documents.
