Effective date: 12 September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how L.E.T. Developer (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Shape Shot (“the App”).
The App is an offline camera and collage application that guides users through a sequence of photographs and combines those photographs into a shape-based collage.
The App is designed to process photographs locally on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not upload your photographs or collages to our servers.
We do not collect, store, sell, rent, or share personal information through our own servers.
The App does not currently use:
User accounts or registration
Advertising SDKs
Analytics SDKs
Cloud storage
Remote databases
Location tracking
Contact-list access
Facial-recognition services
Third-party artificial intelligence services
Background camera recording
The App requests permission to use your device’s camera.
Camera access is required to:
Display the live camera preview
Show pose and shape guides over the preview
Capture the photographs selected by you
Create the final collage
The camera is used only while you actively use the App’s capture features. The App does not secretly record photographs or videos in the background.
You can deny or revoke camera permission at any time through your device settings. Some features will not function without camera access.
Photographs captured during a collage session are processed locally on your device.
Temporary photographs may be stored in the App’s private cache while a collage is being created. These temporary files are not intentionally uploaded or transmitted to us.
When you choose to save a completed collage, it is saved to your device’s media storage, such as the Pictures/[APP NAME] folder. Saved images remain under your control.
You can delete saved photographs and collages using the App, your gallery application, a file-management application, or your device settings, depending on the functions available on your device.
Uninstalling the App normally removes data stored in the App’s private storage. Images that you separately saved to shared device storage may remain until you delete them.
The App may allow you to share a completed collage using Android’s system sharing interface.
The App does not automatically send a collage to another person or service. Sharing occurs only after you select a destination and confirm the action.
When you share an image with another application or service, that third party may process the image according to its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of applications or services selected by you.
Before sharing a collage containing other people, you should make sure that you have their permission, particularly when the collage includes children.
Images created by the App may contain standard technical information generated by Android or by your device’s image-processing system, such as:
Image dimensions
File type
Creation or modification time
Device-generated technical properties
The App does not intentionally add precise GPS location information to exported collages.
However, device manufacturers and Android versions can behave differently. You should review an image’s metadata before sharing it if location or device privacy is especially important to you.
The current version of the App does not require an internet connection for its core camera, guide, collage-generation, saving, or export functionality.
Downloading the App, receiving updates, opening external links, or sharing through another application may require an internet connection provided by Google Play or the selected third-party service.
Google Play and your device’s operating system may independently process technical information relating to app installation, updates, security, crashes, and device compatibility.
Any information processed independently by Google is governed by Google’s own privacy policies and terms. We do not control Google’s independent data-processing practices.
Where available, we may receive aggregated or anonymized technical reports from Google Play, such as crash statistics or device compatibility information. These reports are used to identify technical problems and improve the App.
Google’s Privacy Policy is available at:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
Because we do not operate accounts or servers for the App, we do not retain your photographs or collages on our systems.
Temporary session images remain in the App’s private cache only as needed to create or recover the current collage. Android may remove cached files automatically, and you can remove them by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.
Completed collages saved to shared device storage remain there until you delete them.
Photographs are processed locally using Android’s application storage and media-storage mechanisms.
No method of electronic storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for choosing where and with whom you share exported collages.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under the applicable minimum age in their country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our servers because the App does not transmit photographs or account information to us.
Children should use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians should review photographs before they are saved or shared.
If the App is later specifically marketed to children, its functionality, advertising practices, store declarations, and this Privacy Policy will be reviewed and updated to meet applicable child-privacy requirements.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or complaint to a data-protection authority.
Because we do not receive or store your photographs or account information, we generally cannot access, recover, correct, or delete files stored only on your device.
You can manage locally stored information by:
Deleting exported collages from your device
Clearing the App’s cache or storage
Revoking camera permission
Uninstalling the App
If you contact us, we will process the information contained in your message only as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain appropriate business records.
The App may be made available in multiple countries. Because photographs are processed locally and are not uploaded to our servers, the App itself does not transfer your photographs internationally.
Information you voluntarily send by email or share through a third-party service may be processed in other countries according to the provider’s privacy practices.
We may disclose information provided directly to us, such as a support email, if reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable law or a valid legal request
Protect our legal rights
Investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents
Protect the safety of users or the public
This does not give us access to photographs stored only on your device.
The App or its store listing may contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s functionality, data practices, legal requirements, or third-party integrations change.
The revised policy will be published at the same publicly accessible address with an updated effective date.
If a change materially affects how personal information is collected, used, or shared, we will provide an appropriate notice where required.
