Shape Share is a 3D building game. We collect as little data as possible. You can play the entire game without creating an account or sharing any personal information. This policy explains what limited data is handled, why, and your choices.
## Data we collect
If you play without signing in: we collect no personal data. Your builds and settings are stored only on your device.
If you sign in with Google Play Games: the game does this by itself where it can, so that your builds and purchases are backed up. We receive your Play Games player name and a unique player identifier. No email address is involved. You can sign out at any time using the account button on the home screen.
If you sign in with Google instead (optional): we receive your Google account name, email address, and a unique account identifier.
What is kept in your cloud save: your builds, save slot names, shape inventory, unlocked save slots, and a record of the shape packs you have bought — the pack, the quantity, the date and the Google Play order identifier. It is held in your own private space so it can be restored when you reinstall the game or change phone.
Purchases: all payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment card details. The purchase record above is what lets the app give back shapes you have paid for.
We do not show ads and do not use any advertising networks or advertising identifiers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
We do not track your location.
We do not collect contacts, photos, messages, or any data outside the game.
Cloud save data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), operated by Google LLC, with servers located in the asia-south1 region. Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted so that each player can only ever read and write their own data. Google's own privacy policy applies to their processing: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Shape Share is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed in and provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
You can delete your cloud account and all associated cloud data at any time, in two ways:
In the app: tap your account name on the home screen → "Delete account & cloud data". This permanently removes your cloud saves and your account record.
By email: send a request to enxproducts@gmail.com from the Google email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Shape Share data". We will delete your account and cloud data within 30 days.
Deleting the app itself removes all locally stored data from your device.
Cloud save data is kept for as long as your account exists, so your progress is never lost unexpectedly. It is deleted when you delete your account by either method above.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
