બિલ્ડિંગ-ટુ-બિલ્ડિંગ કનેક્ટિવિટી (Uplink Connectivity)
બિલ્ડિંગ-ટુ-બિલ્ડિંગ અપલિંક કનેક્ટિવિટી માટે ફાઇબર ઓપ્ટિક કેબલનો જ ઉપયોગ કરવો ફરજિયાત રહેશે.
ફાઇબર કેબલને પ્રોટેક્ટિવ કન્ડ્યુટ / પાઇપ દ્વારા જ યોગ્ય રીતે નાખવી ફરજિયાત રહેશે.
નેટવર્ક ડિઝાઇન મુજબ જરૂરી હોય ત્યાં યોગ્ય મીડિયા કન્વર્ટર્સ અથવા SFP મોડ્યુલ્સ પ્રદાન કરવાના રહેશે.
✔ તમામ સામગ્રી નવી, અનઉપયોગી અને સ્ટાન્ડર્ડ ગુણવત્તાની હોવી જરૂરી છે.
3️⃣ Installation and Pricing
તમામ ભાવ અંતિમ અને GST સહિતના હોવા જોઈએ (Product Price + GST).
PO બાદ કોઈપણ વધારાના અથવા છુપાયેલા ચાર્જ માન્ય નહીં ગણાય.
ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન અને લેબર ચાર્જ સીધા ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન વ્યક્તિના બેંક ખાતામાં ચૂકવવામાં આવશે.
ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન સ્ટાફના ID જરૂરી રહેશે અને ચેક આપતી વખતે સહી કરાવવી ફરજિયાત રહેશે.

4️⃣ Technical Compliance & Approval
Vendorએ quoteમાં brand, model number અને સંપૂર્ણ technical specifications (MP, night vision, storage capacity વગેરે) આપવી ફરજિયાત રહેશે.
Societyની પૂર્વ મંજૂરી વિના brand અથવા specificationમાં ફેરફાર મંજૂર નહીં હોય.
5️⃣ વોરંટી (Warranty – Society હિત માટે મહત્વપૂર્ણ શરત)
ઓછામાં ઓછા 1 વર્ષની વોરંટી નીચે મુજબ લાગુ પડશે:

હાર્ડ ડિસ્ક
નેટવર્ક સાધનો
વોરંટી દરમ્યાન:
તમામ રિપેર / રિપ્લેસમેન્ટ નિઃશુલ્ક રહેશે
ફરિયાદ બાદ 48 કલાકમાં ખામીયુક્ત પાર્ટ બદલવો ફરજિયાત રહેશે
બ્રાન્ડ વોરંટી કાર્ડ Societyને સોંપવા પડશે
6️⃣ કામગીરી અને જવાબદારી (Performance & Responsibility)
વેન્ડર ખાતરી આપશે કે:
તમામ વિસ્તારોમાં યોગ્ય કેમેરા કવરેજ રહેશે (બ્લાઇન્ડ સ્પોટ નહીં રહે)
દિવસ અને રાત્રિ બંનેમાં સ્પષ્ટ રેકોર્ડિંગ મળશે
રીમોટ વ્યૂઇંગ યોગ્ય રીતે કાર્ય કરશે
વેન્ડર નીચેના મુદ્દાઓ માટે સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદાર રહેશે:
7️⃣ ડેટા અને સિસ્ટમ વિશ્વસનીયતા (Data & System Reliability)
વેન્ડર ખાતરી આપશે કે:
👉 ખોટી ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન અથવા કન્ફિગરેશનને કારણે થયેલી ખામી માટે વેન્ડર જવાબદાર રહેશે.

તમામ કેબલિંગ અને ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન યોગ્ય રીતે પૂર્ણ કરવું ફરજિયાત છે
નીચેની બાબતો માટે કોઈ વધારાનો ચાર્જ લેવામાં આવશે નહીં:
મોટું સિવિલ વર્ક જરૂરી હોય તો લેખિત મંજૂરી બાદ જ કરવું પડશે
Hard Digging / Soft Digging શરત
તમામ કેબલિંગ માટે જ્યાં જરૂરી હોય ત્યાં Proper Concealed Routing કરવું ફરજિયાત રહેશે
Hard Digging (RCC / Concrete cutting) અને Soft Digging (માટી / પેવર બ્લોક / પ્લાસ્ટર) કામ vendor દ્વારા જ કરવાનું રહેશે
બે બિલ્ડિંગ વચ્ચે કોઈપણ કેબલ ખુલ્લી / હવામાં લટકતી રાખવી સંપૂર્ણપણે મનાઈ છે
તમામ કેબલ્સને કન્ડ્યુટ / પાઇપ / અન્ડરગ્રાઉન્ડ અથવા વોલ-માઉન્ટેડ પ્રોટેક્શન સાથે જ નાખવા પડશે
કામ પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ તમામ ડિગિંગ વિસ્તારને મૂળ સ્થિતિમાં રિસ્ટોર કરવું ફરજિયાત રહેશે.

વેન્ડર દ્વારા નીચેની માહિતી Societyને આપવી ફરજિયાત રહેશે:

ફાઇનલ હેન્ડઓવર ત્યારે જ માન્ય ગણાશે જ્યારે:
સિસ્ટમ સફળતાપૂર્વક ટેસ્ટ કરવામાં આવશે
10 દિવસ સુધી કોઈ સમસ્યા વિના કામગીરી કરશે
Society તરફથી મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે
1️⃣7️⃣ સામાન્ય શરતો (General Terms)
તમામ વિવાદો ગાંધીનગર ક્ષેત્રાધિકાર હેઠળ રહેશે
ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન દરમ્યાન સલામતી અને નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું ફરજિયાત છે
કામ દરમ્યાન Societyની મિલ્કતમાં થયેલ નુકસાન Vendor દ્વારા સુધારવું પડશે
✅ Society કોઈપણ ટેન્ડર સ્વીકારવા અથવા નકારવાનો સંપૂર્ણ અધિકાર રાખે છે.

🔍 1️⃣ Site Visit
To ensure transparency and a clear understanding of the technical requirements and site conditions, bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site before submitting their tender.
All interested bidders are invited to visit the site prior to tender submission.
Site visits can be conducted during this week from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM if not convenient during Saturday and Sunday.
All explanations and clarifications regarding the tender and scope of work will be provided on-site by the Security Committee.
Bidders are advised to fully understand site conditions and requirements before submitting their bids.
Society invites sealed tenders from qualified, experienced, and reputed vendors for the CCTV Surveillance System.

📌 Scope of Work
The vendor shall be responsible for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Handover of the CCTV Surveillance System.
📌 Notes
🚨 Face and Motion Detection & Alarm Feature
The system must include an advanced motion detection feature, which shall be mandatorily enabled.
When motion is detected in designated cameras during predefined time schedules, a siren/alarm must automatically trigger.
This feature must be fully functional and properly configured. The CCTV system shall be designed with a minimum capacity of 128 channels to allow future addition of cameras. Fiber optic connectivity shall be used for inter-building links to ensure electrical isolation, reliability, and long-distance stability.
Any tender not including this feature will be outright rejected.
📌 Bid Submission Condition
Each company is allowed to submit only one bid (Single Bid).
If any company submits more than one bid, all bids submitted by that company shall be rejected.
2️⃣ Material Supply
The vendor shall be responsible for supplying all of the following materials:

NVR, HDD
CAT6 cables and related accessories
Network equipment (PoE switches, connectors, etc.)
Display units and HDMI accessories
Racks, conduit pipes, and other hardware
✔ All materials must be new, unused, and of standard quality.
Building-to-Building Connectivity (Uplink Connectivity)
Building-to-building uplink connectivity shall be implemented only using fiber optic cable.
The fiber cable must be properly laid through protective conduit/pipe.
Appropriate media converters or SFP modules shall be provided as per the network design requirements.
3️⃣ Installation and Pricing
All prices must be final and inclusive of GST (Product Price + GST).
No additional or hidden charges will be accepted after issuance of PO.
Installation and labour charges will be paid directly to the installer’s bank account.
Installer identification (ID proof) is mandatory, and signatures must be obtained at the time of payment.

No changes in brand or specifications will be allowed without prior approval from Society.

A minimum of 1-year warranty shall be applicable on:

NVR/DVR
Hard Disks
Network equipment
During the warranty period:
All repairs/replacements shall be free of cost
Faulty parts must be replaced within 48 hours of complaint
Brand warranty cards must be handed over to Society
6️⃣ Performance & Responsibility
The vendor shall ensure:
Proper camera coverage across all areas (no blind spots)
Clear recording during both day and night
Proper functioning of remote viewing
The vendor shall be fully responsible for:

Hard digging (RCC/concrete cutting) and soft digging (soil/paver/plaster) shall be carried out by the vendor
No cable shall be left hanging or exposed between buildings under any circumstances
All cables must be laid through conduits/pipes/underground or wall-mounted protection
All digging areas must be restored to their original condition after completion
