Shannon is an engineer by day and an aspiring artist by night, based in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. Grew up in Southern California and moved to the Midwest. Her art journey began during the pandemic when she had a fascination for traditional watercolor techniques that sparked thanks to Sarah Cray in Let's Make Art's YouTube videos. Sarah helped spark her passion to pursue art and continue learning various mediums such as watercolor, acrylic, gouache, and digital art. Since then, she's translated into the digital realm, blending the best of both worlds to create unique artwork. There's less chances in accidentally drinking paint water that way ;) She loves to draw architecture, landscapes, florals, and more!
She specializes in creating digital watercolor-style illustrations. Whether you're looking to incorporate your wedding venue in your invitations with a unique touch of elegance, celebrate the charm of a new or cherished home, commemorate the excitement of landing a new job, or simply capture the essence of any milestone worth treasuring, Shannon will help bring your vision to life. Each illustration is meticulously crafted so you can remember these memories with a special one-of-a-kind portrait. Let's connect and turn your ideas into reality through the magic of digital watercolor, watercolor, gouache and more!
