3D Printing has been a long time passion of mine. I started out with an XYZ Printing DaVinci Jr, and the 3D printing bug bit hard. I eventually upgraded to a Lulzbot mini, and recently a Bambu Labs X1-Carbon and P1S have joined my roster. 

For the 2023-24 school year I have been a lab tech for the Front Range Community College Westminster campus 3D printing lab as well as being a student in the 3D printing class. In that space we have a Taz 5, Taz 6, Taz Pro, MarkForged  Onyx, Ultimaker S5 with material station, and several Makerbots.

The big idea for this project was to 3d print a life size accurate dress form  to design clothing for a specific body. It began with 3D Scanning the body and creating a model to print. As a part of the process I also printed a mini version to prototype with. After the dress form was finished I began the process of 3D printing on fabric to create a dress.
